  Beautiful views, amazing room with massive amount of space and facilities are more than helpful. The staff are really friendly (apart from in the salon upstairs). The food is brilliant, rooms are clean and spa is amazing.

  I've been here before, and although it seems rather out dated I'd thought I'd like to spend a night here as the views seemed nice and the pool looked lovely. To then find out they won't let you in the pool unless your over 21! I'm 18 and therefore classed as an adult. What a joke! I'm guessing because they think young people are a nuisance. I'm glad I found out before I booked it and wasted money on a over priced hotel that stereotypes. I work my way like everyone else and study hard, I shouldn't have to pay that ridiculous price to not even be allowed to use all the facilities. The place is filled with pensioners and I understand that they like a quiet calm environment, but so do I? If I'm going to spend a ton of money that I've worked long and hard to get I want to use the goddamn pool. Thanks London beach but no thanks! I'll be spending my money elsewhere that doesn't discriminate. If you really think people over the age of 21 won't irritate the pensioners you need to re-evaluate your rules. If your looking for a nice place to stay I recommend the Hythe Imperial. Facilities are just as nice and the rooms are much better and you have a sea view. And the price is lower.
